Owner of the Online Store
The owner of the online store honestnektar.eu (Online Store) is OÜ Iktos, registry code 12519144, located at Simuna mnt 18-2, Väike-Maarja, Lääne-Viru, 46202, Estonia.
Validity of terms of sale, price quotations
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases made through the Online Store. The prices of products available in the Online Store are displayed in euros alongside the respective items. The total price is subject to an additional delivery fee.
The delivery fee is determined based on the buyer’s location, the selected delivery method, and the size of the order. The exact delivery fee is provided to the buyer during the checkout process.
Detailed product information is presented in the Online Store alongside each respective item.
Order placement
To place an order, the selected products must be added to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, the buyer must select a suitable delivery method and fill in the required fields. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or other available payment method.
The contract is deemed effective once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
Delivery
The purchased honey will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, but no later than within four business days.
Orders through the Online Store can only be placed for delivery within Estonia. For shipments outside Estonia, please contact shop@honestnektar.eu.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs, and the applicable charges are displayed alongside the selected delivery method.
Shipments generally reach the buyer’s specified destination within 3–7 business days from the date the sales contract takes effect.
In exceptional cases, the seller reserves the right to deliver the goods within up to 15 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract made through the online store within 14 days.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
To qualify for a return, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality—similar to how one would examine it in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this scope or shows signs of wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the item’s diminished value.
To initiate a return, the buyer must submit a withdrawal notice in free form and send it to shop@honestnektar.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that it has been handed over to the carrier within this period.
Once the returned item is received, the Online Store will issue a refund without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the buyer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Additionally, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel a sales transaction if the listed price was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by sending an email to shop@honestnektar.eu or calling +372 56 228 208.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If a product purchased from the Online Store has a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, the defective item will either be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store collects and uses the buyer’s personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing orders and delivering goods. Personal data is shared with delivery service providers only as needed for shipping.
The Online Store will send feedback requests, newsletters, and promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has explicitly agreed by providing their email address on the website and consenting to receive direct marketing communications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions in the marketing email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has a complaint regarding the Online Store, they can contact customer support by emailing shop@honestnektar.eu or calling +372 56 228 208.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure details and application form are available here. The committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store, and submitting a complaint is free of charge for the buyer.
For cross-border disputes, the buyer may also use the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
