I have been involved in beekeeping for over 20 years and I still like it very much. Honey production is one of the most ecological ways of food production, and here is added the very important pollination service provided by bees. Bee pollination helps both farmers and gardeners in increasing yields and in the reproduction of wild plants. Most of the honey collected by bees comes from natural areas (eelgrass, fireweed, dandelion) or in the case of buckwheat honey, it is an organically produced buckwheat field. By consuming honey on a daily basis, you will not get too tired when doing physical and mental work, you will not be afraid of diseases, and your thinking will be much more alert.”
